5. SWITZERLAND
6. NETHERLANDS
7. FINLAND
8. HONG KONG
9. NORWAY
10. SOUTH KOREA 

Many asian nation showed significant growths,as hong kong and south Korea entered in to top 10 position,India also showed a significant growth from 48 last year to 44th position and China also growing at a very competitive mood from 30th position last year to with surpassed japan now at 22nd position and Japan at 23rd position,from 22nd last year.
